Arts Council England have kindly supported ReStage to build on their recent circular economy networks report by SOENECS Ltd. We want to join the dots between people leading and setting up circular hubs for the creative sector across the country.

The new Circular Economy Evidence report for Greater Lincolnshire LEP highlights the untapped potential of keeping resources in use longer - rethinking, reusing, and regenerating materials rather than discarding them. This shift isn't just about sustainability, it is an economic opportunity.

Alongside SOENECS Ltd and Metro Dynamics, we worked with the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP) to build an evidence base assessing circular economy activity across the region. The findings offer guidance for businesses and policymakers to drive growth, support Net Zero ambitions, and unlock long-term environmental and economic benefits.

With local councils now leading the next phase, the opportunity to embed circular principles into regional strategy has never been greater.

In November 2024 the UK government launched a Circular Economy Taskforce to support the government in creating a Circular Economy Strategy for England.

We are pleased to announce that our very own Founder and Managing Director Dr David Greenfield has been appointed as one of the Circular Economy Taskforce members.

The Circular Economy Taskforce’s expertise will enable the co-design of the first strategy to begin the transition to a circular economy in England. The strategy will:
-support economic growth
-create green jobs
-promote efficient and productive use of resources
-accelerate the transition to net zero emissions
