Parmi les acteurs publics, on retrouve la ville de Lyon, la Mairie du 7e arrondissement, la CCI Lyon Métropole et la Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat du Rhône. La ville de Lyon dispose de trois sièges au sein du Conseil d’Administration, la CCI Lyon Métropole d’un siège et la Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat dispose d’un siège également.
