The technology sits on top of existing Building Management Systems (BMS), transforming static control of BMS into highly demand-based, proactive control without additional hardware. The software is based on an advanced method of Model Predictive Control (MPC) and continuously optimises Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC) systems. DABBEL AI is a global product that is used in 7 countries and managing 1.6 million square meters under control.
