Since 2008, we have been committed to creating an inclusive labour market that taps into the full potential of the population - believing this to be key to success for businesses, society, and individuals.

We equip employers with strategies, education, and tools to effectively address DEI challenges and opportunities. Our mentoring program supports individuals with foreign backgrounds and post-secondary education in increasing their opportunities to secure jobs that match their qualifications.

Each year, we support 1,000 mentees in our mentoring program and train over 14,000 individuals through our consulting services. We are partnered with around 35 organisations.
