Specializing in the management and valuation of materials, AFLEYA supports building professionals in their actions to process resources from deconstruction sites.
Our AKIBO app for the PEMD diagnosis and our training and advisory assistance offer are primarily intended for diagnosticians, MOA or works companies.
With 46 MT of site waste generated each year, the construction sector has a very strong environmental footprint. However today only 1% of building materials are re -used (source ADEME).
To end the waste of resources and start the environmental transition in the building sector, good will is not enough. The valuation of resources presupposes knowledge of materials, processes and re -use sectors.
Specialist in the circular economy and the valuation of building materials, Afleya acts with actors as close as possible to the field, by promoting their skills rise and by guiding them towards obtaining quick and concrete results. His fine knowledge of the trades of the allows him to provide pragmatic responses, capable of anchoring the change of practices on a daily basis and over time.
Favoring simplicity, feasibility and tangibility and relying on the responsibility and collaboration of the actors of the building, the offer of Afleya is revolved around 3 kinds of services:
• The Akibo app: Digital tool to carry out the PEMD diagnosis, develop the resource valuation scenario (reuse, reuse and recycling) according to the principles of the Agec law,
• Training: to speed up the assembled as an expertise
• Consulting assistance to meet obligations and gain in performance
Startup created in February 2019 by Dominique Renard-Brazzi, Afleya is part of the French Tech Paris Saclay network and the SQY CUB incubator.

Spécialisée en gestion et valorisation des matériaux, Afleya accompagne les professionnels du bâtiment dans leur actions de traitement des ressources issues des chantiers de déconstruction.
Notre appli Akibo pour le diagnostic PEMD et notre offre de formation et assistance-conseil s’adressent en priorité aux diagnostiqueurs, MOA ou entreprises de travaux.
Avec 46 MT de déchets de chantier générés chaque année, le secteur de la construction a une très forte empreinte environnementale. Or aujourd’hui seulement 1% des matériaux de construction sont réemployés (source ADEME).
Pour mettre fin au gaspillage des ressources et enclencher la transition environnementale dans la filière du bâtiment, la bonne volonté ne suffit pas. La valorisation des ressources présuppose la connaissance des matériaux, des process et des filières de réemploi.
Spécialiste de l’économie circulaire et de la valorisation des matériaux de construction, Afleya agit auprès des acteurs au plus près du terrain, en favorisant leur montée en compétence et en les guidant vers l’obtention de résultats rapides et concrets. Sa connaissance fine des métiers du lui permet d’apporter des réponses pragmatiques, aptes à ancrer le changement de pratiques au quotidien et dans la durée.
Privilégiant simplicité, faisabilité et tangibilité et s’appuyant sur la responsabilisation et la collaboration des acteurs du bâtiment, l’offre d’Afleya s’articule autour de 3 natures de prestations :
• l’appli AKIBO : outil digital pour réaliser le diagnostic PEMD, élaborer le scénario de valorisation des ressources (réemploi, réutilisation et recyclage) selon les principes de la loi AGEC,
• les Formations : pour accélérer la montée en expertise
• l’Assistance-conseil pour répondre aux obligations et gagner en performance
