Mecaware est une start-up industrielle qui révolutionne la production de métaux stratégiques à partir des batteries en fin de vie et des rebuts de batteries de production.
Nous valorisons des métaux essentiels comme le lithium, le cobalt, le nickel et le manganèse, sous forme de carbonates ou d’hydroxydes métalliques.
Notre technologie innovante extrait ces métaux en circuit fermé, sans utiliser d’intrants impactants, sans générer d’effluents, notamment du sulfate, et sans nécessiter d’apport énergétique externe important. Le résultat est une solution à la fois économiquement et écologiquement performante : c’est l’éco2-efficience de Mecaware (écologique x économique).
Notre modèle agile repose sur le déploiement d’usines compactes, implantées directement près des gisements de déchets.
Cette approche décentralisée réduit considérablement les investissements initiaux tout en maximisant l’efficacité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
Ces déchets de batteries sont notre opportunité de mine pour relocaliser l’approvisionnement de métaux stratégiques sur notre territoire et contribuer à une industrie des batteries bas-carbone.
Mecaware produit des métaux stratégiques (Li, Ni, Co...) à faible empreinte environnementale, par recyclage des batteries li-ion et des rebuts de production.
