Chez AKANEMA, nous sommes convaincus que c’est majoritairement en dehors du travail ou de l'école que l’on développe les compétences de demain, et notamment nos soft skills.
Notre raison d'être, c'est de permettre à chaque parcours d'être reconnu à sa juste valeur.
Pour cela, nous développons des outils inédits pour identifier les soft skills développées lors de nos expériences extra-professionnelles. ( sport, engagement associatif, parentalité, vie amicale, handicap, accident de vie...)

Notre activité se scinde aujourd’hui en plusieurs pôles :
- Formation et expertise : commercialisation d’ateliers et d’expériences de sensibilisation autour des soft skills développées dans le cadre extra-professionnel
- Digital : développement de solutions digitales (une plateforme de suivi des engagements bénévoles des étudiants à destination des établissements d’enseignement supérieurs et une plateforme intelligente de valorisation des expériences extra-professionnelle pour les demandeurs d’emploi.)
- Recherche & développement : recherche, perfectionnement de la méthode et développement d’outils innovants.
