La Fundación ASTI nace en 2017 de la toma de consciencia de los importantes desafíos que plantea la era de transformación digital, en un momento en que la industria cada vez encuentra más dificultades para encontrar perfiles STEM y sabiendo que los profesionales del futuro serán esenciales para seguir avanzando en esta transformación. Con el objetivo de capacitar a los alumnos en competencias clave para los empleos del futuro, ASTI Talent & Tech Foundation desarrolla diversos programas a lo largo del año enfocados a distintas audiencias: STEM Talent Girl y FP Steam para despertar la vocación en ciencia y tecnología de las niñas y jóvenes a lo largo de su proceso educativo; Ruralbotics, que acerca la robótica y la tecnología en general a los niños de la España vaciada, impulsando la igualdad de oportunidades; o STEM Talent Kids, para promover el interés por la tecnología desde edades tempranas.
