I’m only 26, so what makes me qualified to give career advice?

Honestly, I wasn’t sure either.

Until my team suggested I start an Instagram account about careers and I began jotting down ideas...

The reality is, I’ve now helped over 10,000 people with their careers through Niya.

And whilst I’m still relatively early in my own career, I’ve learned a lot — about the world of work, about building something from scratch, and about what actually helps people move forward.

I’m used to talking about this stuff on panels, podcasts, and in investor meetings, but never in a format that feels very me?

So here we are.

Me — the kind of person who laughs when I spot an “influencer in the wild” — stepping miles out of my comfort zone to launch @careerswithholly, a new Instagram account dedicated to all things careers.

Much less polished, much more honest than LinkedIn and the perfect space to share the behind-the-scenes of building Niya and all the career tips I’m picking up along the way.
