La thérapie digitale VERTEXA (Virtual Reality Therapy Exposition in Anorexia) vise à utiliser la réalité virtuelle comme outil d'accompagnement sous la forme d'un parcours psychoéducatif ludifié et immersif chez les patient(e)s souffrants de troubles du comportement alimentaire (anorexie, boulimie). L’utilisation d’outils issus du numérique et les nouvelles technologies permettent aujourd’hui une approche novatrice, personnalisée, motivante et accessible quel que soit le lieu de prise en charge de nos patients.
L'outil VERTEXA se veut autonome : le patient est acteur de sa prise en charge. Il sera immergé dans un univers apaisant, accompagné par un compagnon de route, permettant une psychoéducation tout au long du parcours, sous un format narratif attrayant.
Une ludification avancée de l'outil en assurera le caractère attrayant, tout en favorisant la mémorisation et l’acquisition accrue de compétences.
