Ode, the Sustainable Energy organization is the Sector Organization for Sustainable Energy in Flanders. ODE brings more than three hundred companies, knowledge centers, universities and organizations together in technology platforms and working groups, to exchange knowledge and to do advocacy. ODE is the most important stakeholder on renewable energy for the authorities involved.
As a umbrella organization, ODE supports the operation of the platforms below or sector organizations regarding services and information exchange:
- Bio-energy platform
-PV-Vlaanderen: sector organization for photovoltaic solar energy
- VWEA: Flemish Wind Energy Association
- Heat pump platform
- Heat network Flanders
The technology platforms represent the interests of the sectors and are drawn by the project leaders. Depending on the necessity and/or current affairs, specific working groups are established that report to the platform and also at the umbrella organization about the activities and demarches.Original language

ODE, de Organisatie Duurzame Energie is de sectororganisatie voor duurzame energie in Vlaanderen. ODE brengt meer dan driehonderd bedrijven, kenniscentra, universiteiten en organisaties samen in technologieplatformen en werkgroepen, om kennis uit te wisselen en aan belangenbehartiging te doen. ODE is de belangrijkste stakeholder inzake hernieuwbare energie voor de betrokken overheden.
ODE ondersteunt als koepel de werking van onderstaande platformen of sectororganisaties inzake dienstverlening en informatie-uitwisseling:
- Bio-Energie platform
- PV-Vlaanderen : sectororganisatie voor fotovoltaïsche zonne-energie
- VWEA: Vlaamse Windenergie Associatie
- Warmtepompplatform
- Warmtenetwerk Vlaanderen
De technologieplatformen behartigen de belangen van de sectoren en worden getrokken door de projectleiders. Naargelang de noodzaak en/of actualiteit worden specifieke werkgroepen opgericht die rapporteren aan het platform en zo ook aan de koepel over de activiteiten en demarches.
