Mise en place en 2020 par le SIAAP et ses partenaires scientifiques, la programmation scientifique innEAUvation vise à répondre aux enjeux industriels et environnementaux d’aujourd’hui et de demain dans le secteur de l’assainissement. Elle rassemble plusieurs programmes pluriannuels et initiatives de recherche tels que Mocopée et MeSeine Innovation. InnEAUvation s’appuie sur l’expertise de la Direction Innovation du SIAAP et de nombreux organismes de recherche publique partenaires.
