ECT transforme des sites délaissés, renature des friches, sécurise des carrières pour créer des parcs paysagers, des fermes urbaines, des équipements sportifs de plein air, implanter des centrales photovoltaïques ou mettre en œuvre des projets de reboisement et de remise en agriculture de terres.
Comment ? Par la valorisation des terres inertes excavées des chantiers d’Ile-de-France. C’est aujourd’hui plus de 13 millions de tonnes de matériaux inertes qui sont valorisés chaque année sur une quinzaine de nos sites .
La réutilisation des terres du BTP et la transformation des fonciers délaisses s’inscrivent dans une dynamique d’économie circulaire. Les apports de terres participent et financent à 100% la réalisation d’aménagements attractifs pour les territoires.
ECT travaille en collaboration avec les grands acteurs de l’aménagement des régions, les maires des communes concernées et les directions déconcentrées de l’État. Principalement active en Ile-de-France, ECT a ouvert une agence dans les Haut-de-France et a initié un développement international en Allemagne et aux USA, sous la marque Landify.
ECT a développé 2 pôles d'expertise :
- Gestion et valorisation des terres excavées pour répondre au besoin d’ingénierie environnementale et à l’exigence de traçabilité du BTP.
- Conception et réalisation de projets d’aménagement pour proposer aux Collectivités locales des solutions fondées sur la valorisation des terres excavées inertes et sur la renaturation.
En complément de ces activités, le Groupe ECT gère à travers sa filiale Biodepe, implantée en Bourgogne, une activité de valorisation agricole de déchets organiques.
