We are a organisation dedicated to reducing levels of inequality between disabled & non-disabled people, particularly in relation to employment.

We believe that by bringing disabled people and businesses together we can change the conversation from one of disadvantage and inequality to one about potential and value, recognising disabled people as consumers, employees and valued citizens and finding new ways to unleashing the Purple Pound for the benefit of both groups in the process.
