Founded in 2010 by a duo of sisters boasting a combined 40 years experience in wellbeing, marketing and Human Resources, Stretching the City are proud to have provided corporate wellbeing and wellness to more than 300 organisations, including Three Mobile, PwC and AXA (amongst many more).

From pioneering psychologists to Sunday Times best-selling authors, our wellbeing services are delivered by the highest calibre of highly accredited, hand-picked trainers.

Although London based, we deliver our services on-site at offices throughout the UK and virtually online, using a meeting software of your choice.
