Reconnu et décerné par l’État après un audit, il compte aujourd’hui plus de 3200 titulaires restaurateurs de métier, partout en France.
L’association est présidée par Alain Fontaine, véritable porte-parole du « fait maison » qui milite pour la protection de la restauration traditionnelle.
