Today, their children co-manage the company and share the same passion for the product. They wish to perpetuate the traditional and family values on which the company has always been built. By being a pioneer in the mass retail market, Brioches Fonteneau has become a key partner for premium private labels. We take great care to ensure the quality and traceability of our products. Our ingredients are rigorously selected (pure butter, fresh eggs, IGP flour) and of French origin. We respect the Vendée baking know-how perpetuated for generations. Our brioches are handmade and we make our own sourdough. We innovate every day to offer formats and recipes in accordance with consumer tastes. Braided brioches, sliced brioches, mini sizes or other delicious brioche, our products are acclaimed in France and abroad for their quality and taste, making us the leading manufacturer of IGP and Label Rouge certified Brioches Vendéennes and Gâches Vendéennes. L’aventure de notre entreprise familiale a commencé il y a plus de 40 ans. Nous devons notre réussite à l'esprit entrepreneurial de Gilles et Marie-Jo Fonteneau, qui, face au succès de leur boulangerie à Chavagnes en Paillers, ont décidé de proposer leurs brioches à tous les Français. Aujourd'hui, c'est la deuxième génération, Christine et Mathieu Fonteneau, qui dirigent l'entreprise et partagent la même passion pour le produit. Ils souhaitent perpétuer les valeurs traditionnelles et familiales. En étant pionnier sur le marché de la grande distribution, Brioches Fonteneau est devenu un partenaire incontournable. Nous prenons grand soin de garantir la qualité et la traçabilité de nos produits. Nos ingrédients sont rigoureusement sélectionnés (pur beurre, œufs frais, farine IGP) et d'origine française. Nous respectons le savoir-faire boulanger vendéen perpétué depuis des générations. Nos brioches sont artisanales et nous fabriquons notre propre levain. Nous innovons chaque jour pour proposer des formats et des recettes en accord avec les goûts des consommateurs. Brioches tressées, brioches tranchées, mini formats ou autres délicieuses brioches, nos produits sont plébiscités en France et à l'étranger pour leur qualité et leur goût, ce qui fait de nous le premier fabricant de Brioches Vendéennes et Gâches Vendéennes certifiées IGP et Label Rouge. Nous sommes aujourd'hui 250 personnes à faire vivre et rayonner cette entreprise vendéenne, tous avec la même envie de faire plaisir à nos consommateurs !
