We offer free training to obtain a professional qualification certificate of prevention and security agent with a "sport & amp; performance" mention, a first in France.
Among the 400 hours of training, 218 hours are devoted to the mention "Sport & Amp; Performance". This includes modules of "knowledge", nutrition, professional self-defense, sophrology, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and notions of English.
The theoretical part of the CQP APS includes 182 hours of security modules. We have built a sports training program adapted to the physical constraints of the security guard profession; This allows a diploma valuation, an attraction for young people and a better level of recruitment with employers.

Pass'Sport Pour l'Emploi est une école de formation à but social, humain et éducatif qui permet aux jeunes (18-25 ans) de retrouver un emploi pérenne à l'issue de la formation grâce aux partenariats d'entreprises que nous avons développés.
Le sport vecteur de performance, d'esprit d'équipe et de bien-être. Pass’Sport pour l'Emploi est une innovation sociale et solidaire qui permet 100% de retour à l’emploi grâce au sport et à ses valeurs.
L’association existe depuis février 2017 et aide les jeunes sortis du système scolaire et éloignés de l’emploi, à construire un projet d’avenir dans un cadre éducationnel.
Nous proposons une formation GRATUITE pour obtenir un Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle d'agent de prévention et sécurité avec une mention "Sport&Performance", une première en France.
Parmi les 400h de formation, 218h sont consacrées à la mention "Sport&Performance". Cela inclut des modules de "Savoir-Etre", de nutrition, de self-défense professionnel, de sophrologie, de prévention des troubles musculo-squelettique et des notions d’anglais.

Nous avons construit un programme de formation sportive adapté aux contraintes physiques du métier d'agent de sécurité ; cela permet une valorisation du diplôme, un attrait pour les jeunes et un meilleur niveau de recrutement auprès des employeurs.
