    ADEME Investissement is a public equity funding tool, alongside private investors, innovative infrastructure projects at the service of ecological transition.

    Ademe Investissement is 100 % owned by the State and chaired by ADEME. It was created by decree in December 2018 as part of the 3rd component of the Investment Program for the Future and now integrated into France 2030, managed by the General Secretariat for Investment.

    A positioning:
    - in support of French innovations both in France and internationally.
    - in support of projects during their development, construction and operation phases
    - A wise investor who invests in the same rules as a private investor.

    - In continuity of ADEME aid

    - Energy: production, development, ENR, heat, renewable heat, wind, solar, marine energies, geothermal energy, cogeneration, industrial hydrogen, energy efficiency, intelligent electrical networks etc.)
    - Sustainable mobility: road, rail, river and sea transport, electromobility, hydrogen mobility, gas mobility, logistics
    -Circular and renewable gas economy: treatment and recovery of waste, methanization and renewable gas, pyrogazity (biomass or waste), Power-to-Gaz.
    - Fight against GHGs: CO2 capture and valuation
    - Environment and biodiversity: green chemistry, eco-efficiency in the building, industry, agriculture, industrial ecology, agroecology, biodiversity protection sectors.

    Device envelope: € 400 million
    Minimum and maximum ticket: € 2 million & GT; 40 M €

    ADEME Investissement est un outil public de financement en fonds propres, aux côtés d'investisseurs privés, de projets innovants d'infrastructures au service de la transition écologique.

    ADEME Investissement est détenue à 100 % par l'Etat et présidée par l'ADEME. Elle a été créée par décret en décembre 2018 dans le cadre du 3Ième volet du Programme d'Investissement d'Avenir et désormais intégré à France 2030, piloté par le secrétariat général pour l'investissement.

    Un positionnement :
    - en soutien des innovations françaises aussi bien en France qu'à l'international.
    - en accompagnement des projets pendant leurs phases de développement, de construction et exploitation
    - un investisseur avisé qui investit selon les mêmes règles qu'un investisseur privé.

    Une relation étroite avec l'ADEME :
    - dans la continuité des aides de l'ADEME
    - en coordination avec les équipes de l'ADEME

    Des projets qui s'inscrivent dans la transition énergétique et écologique :
    - Energie : production, développement, stockage d'ENR, chaleur, froid renouvelables, éolien, solaire, énergies marines, géothermie, cogénération, hydrogène industriel, efficacité énergétique, réseaux électriques intelligents etc.)
    - Mobilité durable : transports routiers, ferroviaires, fluviaux et maritime, électromobilité, mobilité hydrogène, mobilité gaz, logistique
    - Economie circulaire et gaz renouvelable : traitement et valorisation des déchets, méthanisation et gaz renouvelable, pyrogazéification (biomasse ou déchets), Power-to-gaz.
    - Lutte contre les GES : captation et valorisation du CO2
    - Environnement et biodiversité : chimie verte, éco-efficience dans les secteurs bâtiment, industrie, agriculture, écologie industrielle, agroécologie, protection de la biodiversité.
