Tous En Stage est une association fondée en 2015. Son but est d’aider des élèves de 3ème issus des quartiers politique de la ville à trouver et favoriser une première expérience dans l’entreprise mais aussi de leur faire découvrir une multitude de métiers. Cette expérience prendra la forme d’un stage conventionné avec le collège. La sélection se fait dans des collèges situés en zones sensibles. Ce stage aura la particularité d’être mutualisé avec d’autres entreprises afin de donner une plus grande vision de nos métiers.
