The Group's developments largely focus on the complex urban regeneration of neglected city centre sites. Completed and current projects almost all involve listed buildings, many with fundamental structural issues, challenging access and topography, and sensitive planning and heritage matters. But with sympathetic design, clever construction techniques, and an open engagement with key stakeholders and local communities, none of these concerns are barriers to successful development.
