    National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI) is a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, set up by National Informatics Centre (NIC) under Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) in August 1995 as its extended arm in procurement and supply of total information and communications technology (ICT) solutions and services in the entire Government Sector including departments and organisations of the Central Government and State Governments, and its services include state-of-the-art hardware, software, consulting, technical support, design and development, operations and management, quality check as well as end-to-end ICT solutions and services, and it has undertaken various ICT projects of government departments and organisations providing state-of-the-art technology and cost-effective solutions to ensure efficiency, transparency and reliability in their implementation, and has been providing such services since last more than 28 years to most of the departments/organisations both in the Central and State Governments.
