🚴 Leading by Example: Graham Turner's Commitment to Health and Wellness! 💪

For nearly half a century, Graham 'Skroo' Turner has been a true pioneer of adventure—beginning his journey in 1973 with Topdeck, taking bus trips across Europe, North Africa, and Asia. His energetic spirit is only matched by his dedication to health and wellness, both personally and professionally.

Whether it's using exercise as a break from work or finding solace in mountain biking on back trails, Skroo's focus on his health is unwavering. From his days as a keen rugby union player in school and uni to embracing mountain biking, triathlons, marathon running (his personal best of 3:29h in London!), and recently celebrating his 1500th game of FCTG touch footy🏉 Skroo's commitment is nothing short of inspiring!

And age is just a number—at 75, he’s still going strong, playing touch footy twice a week, regularly mountain biking and running, swimming twice a week, and even incorporating Pilates into his daily routine with a reformer next to his bed!

Flight Centre Travel Group’s Healthwise initiative, co-founded over 25 years ago with Tod Horton after connecting at a health retreat, continues to thrive. Their enthusiasm for health and wellness led them to run activities and workshops for the Global SWOT team in Canada, where Healthwise Global was born in 1999. Their vision was always ahead of the game in corporate health, ensuring FCTG employees and their families have the support to stay on top of their health, wealth, and productivity.

Skroo's dedication to maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle is evident in every facet of his life. Recently, he and Tod faced an adventurous helicopter ride to hike down a mountain in Queenstown, then took on a 4-day trail ride, proving once again that he’s not one to shy away from a challenge!

By consistently leading from the top, Skroo inspires everyone at Flight Centre Travel Group to prioritise their health and mental wellness.
