HCS Pharma is a biotechnology company focused on in vitro R&D, specializing in high content (HCA) and high throughput (HCS) cell imaging screening. HCS Pharma sells products based on BIOMIMESYS® technology, and develops its own 3D cellular models in its proprietary BIOMIMESYS® extracellular matrix. BIOMIMESYS® 3D culture technology faithfully reproduces the natural microenvironment of cells in 3D, to ensure more predictive results from in vitro studies, to reduce the time and cost of R&D, and animal testing in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic companies.
HCS is a multi-parametric imaging system, which allows to gain time and money by following several parameters within the same experiment. We can perform proof of concept / mechanism of action assays, assay development and primary or secondary screenings for you.
We develop our own models that we offer for services in different fields (Toxicology, Pharmacology, Dermocosmetic), our own compound libraries (Prestwick, ENZO, ELF...), and our own innovative and exclusive 3D technology BIOMIMESYS® biofunctionalized scaffold for innovative phenotypic screening model.
We are located on the Eusanté Park in Loos (close to Lille)

HCS Pharma est une start-up biotechnologique axée sur le développement de la recherche préclinique in vitro avec une spécialisation en imagerie cellulaire : le High Content Analysis (HCA) et le High Content Screening (HCS).
Ce système d'imagerie muti-paramétrique vous permet de gagner du temps et de l'argent en suivant plusieurs paramètres dans la même expérience. Nous pouvons effectuer des preuves de concept / mécanismes d'action, des développements d'essais et des criblages primaires ou secondaires pour vous.
Nous développons également nos propres modèles que nous proposons sous formes de services dans différents domaines (Toxicologie, Pharmacologie, Dermocosmétique), nos bibliothèques de composés (Prestwick, ENZO, ELF ...), et notre propre technologie 3D innovante et exclusive BIOMIMESYS®, une matrice biofonctionnalisée pour des modèles innovants de screening phénotypique.
Nous sommes aujourd’hui basés sur 2 sites différents (Lille et Rennes) avec 2 spécialités distinctes : la santé humaine à Lille et la nutrition / bien-être (Cosmétologie et nutraceutique) à Rennes.

A Lille, nous avons deux laboratoires de culture cellulaire et un laboratoire d'automatisation avec plateforme robotique nommée HAPIx incluant deux systèmes HCS confocaux (ImageXpress de Molecular Devices).
A Rennes, nous disposons d'un laboratoire de culture cellulaire, d'un laboratoire d'imagerie avec un système HCS (ImageXpress micro XLS de Molecular Devices) et d'un laboratoire d'automatisation avec système de pipetage autonome.
