These programs are divided into six fields of action: Volunteering & Youth, Volunteering & Disability, Volunteering & Refugees, Volunteering & Criminal Pathway, Volunteering & Feeling of Loneliness and Volunteering & Environment
They have in common to promote civic engagement, primarily by the most excluded populations in our society, and learning to do things together.

France Bénévolat, association reconnue d’utilité publique, a pour vocation de développer de l’engagement bénévole associatif pour tous, au service d'une citoyenneté active et solidaire
Trois principales missions en découlent :
• promouvoir le bénévolat associatif au service de l’intérêt général ;
• mettre en relation les personnes intéressées et les associations mobilisant des bénévoles ;
• aider les associations à renforcer la reconnaissance et la valorisation de leurs bénévoles.
Ces missions de France Bénévolat sont d’autant plus importantes que les associations constituent une force majeure de notre société. L’ambition de France Bénévolat est de mobiliser et d’accompagner les concitoyens dans le passage du don de temps vers un engagement associatif au sein d’espace de liberté, d’innovation et de générosité. Le tout, au service des solidarités et du lien social.
France Bénévolat œuvre pour un bénévolat ouvert à tous. Son ambition est de faire du bénévolat un formidable levier d’inclusion sociale et d’éducation, notamment à la citoyenneté, et ainsi contribuer aux grands défis sociétaux de notre pays.
Pour répondre à cette ambition, France Bénévolat a initié des programmes thématiques qui nourrissent et constituent les nouvelles voies de ses trois missions : promotion, intermédiation active et valorisation du bénévolat associatif.
