Lucrative is looking for a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions, as well as developing and maintaining web applications using full-stack technologies. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with the team to meet project objectives and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
3. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts.
4. Develop and maintain custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
5. Build integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
6. Develop and maintain web applications using full-stack technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
7. Work with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
8. Build RESTful APIs to communicate with other systems.
9. Deploy web applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both Salesforce and web applications.
11. Create and maintain documentation of all customizations and solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and web application development.
3. Proficient in Salesforce and its capabilities.
4. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern front-end framework.
5. Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js and Ruby on Rails.
6. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
7. Experience building RESTful APIs.
8. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
9. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
11. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
12. Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is preferred.
13. Full-stack development experience with other frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, or Flask is a plus.
14. Must be able to work from the office from 5 pm to 2 am.
