Passerelles & Compétences est une association, reconnue d'intérêt général, qui a pour mission de promouvoir le "bénévolat de compétences" ; une forme de solidarité mieux adaptée aux compétences et à la disponibilité des professionnels .
Depuis 2002, Passerelles & Compétences met ainsi en relation et accompagne de façon unique :
• des bénévoles, pour la plupart en activité professionnelle, souhaitant offrir ponctuellement leurs compétences à des associations de solidarité
• et des associations ayant besoin de s'appuyer sur un talent extérieur, inexistant en interne, pour optimiser leur fonctionnement et ainsi mieux remplir leur mission .
En 2021, P&C a mis en place près de 700 missions de solidarité faisant appel à des compétences très variées : ressources humaines, droit, marketing, communication, informatique, stratégie, management, gestion de projet, finances, etc..
