With 50 consultants and offices in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux ( France), Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel ( Switzerland), we provide Coaching services and Outplacement support to corporate leaders, senior executives and other executives throughout France and French-speaking Switzerland.
OASYS also capitalizes on a broad network of partners internationally, OI Global Partners, and can support clients in 28 countries and 225 offices around the world.
Our clients are large international or national companies as well as smaller size concerns in all lines of businesses ( Industry, Services, Banking, Trade, Public sector)
Our approach is based on the following pillars:
- Lead consultants are all seasoned professionals, backed-up a solid business career. They have all been trained to coaching and are often certified coaches. Many of them are also MBTI or Hogan trained and certified.
