Vision is the most dominant of our senses. Yet, 2.2 billion people suffer from vision impairments of which 50% could be prevented or cured. This number is growing due to our ageing populations and modern lifestyles.
At the same time healthcare systems have limited resources. Eye care lags behind in the digital transformation and novel technology is not fully leveraged. As a result, people lose vision that do not have to.
PeriVision combines AI algorithms, virtual reality and cloud computing to build the next generation systems to test visual function, improving workflow efficiency and provide deeper clinical insight into eye diseases. To leverage these technologies fully, PeriVision takes a disease-centric approach.
Prior to joining PeriVision, Patrick advised medtech, biopharma and insurance clients on business development, go-to-market strategy, digitization and operations optimization at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). While at BCG, he initiated the firm’s tech startup support program “BCG Startup Unlock” to provide pro-bono strategy consulting to Swiss technology startups.

A cette occasion, une cinquantaine de sessions sont organisées: conférences, témoignages, ateliers et concours pour inciter à la créativité et donner envie d’entreprendre.
Intitulée "Libérez vos idées – UNIGE", la semaine genevoise est organisée par l’Université de Genève en collaboration avec la FER Genève, la HES-SO Genève, GENILEM et l'Office cantonal de l'économie et de l'innovation (OCEI).
Trois sessions seront proposées par l'OCEI, plus d'informations et programme complet en commentaire. ⤵️
