Created over 20 years ago, Andera Partners is a major player in private company investments in France and internationally. Its teams manage €4.3 billion in investments in life sciences (Andera Life Sciences), growth and buyout capital (Andera MidCap, Andera Expansion/Croissance, Andera Co-Invest), sponsorless transactions (Andera Acto) and ecological transition (Andera Infra).

We are thrilled to announce that our portfolio company Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. has completed a successful IPO on Nasdaq, only 8 months after we co-led its oversubscribed crossover financing.
We are proud to have helped grow and strengthen this outstanding company which saves hundreds of lives of patients at risk of sudden cardiac death. The public offering was highly successful, pricing above the range and upsized to raise over $200M in proceeds.
We deeply thank and congratulate Brian Webster, CEO of Kestra Medical, and all his team for delivering outstanding execution on their product development and commercial plan, and today on the Nasdaq launch.
At Andera Life Sciences, we started off the week with the announcement of the sale of our portfolio company SoniVie Ltd to Boston Scientific for up to $600M, and today celebrate the IPO of Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc.
Examples of Sonivie and Kestra show yet again how healthcare companies can be highly attractive investment opportunities, resilient in uncertain market environment.

📢 Milestone Achievement for EG 427
We are proud to see our portfolio company EG 427 reach a major milestone with the first patient treated in its Phase 1b/2a clinical study of its lead product EG110A. This therapeutic gene delivery product has the potential to significantly improve treatment options for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) experiencing persistent urinary incontinence.
