The Technology
- Matchdeck has developed a unique set of technologies capable of turning human-readable web pages and data that is stored in legacy data silos into a vast repository of machine-readable linked data
- The Matchdeck artificial intelligence engine has been trained to identify corporate webpages, read them and turn the text into structured data
- The data is stored in a machine-readable RDF linked data format in our semantic ‘Knowledge Graph’
- Data enhanced by linking to open data resources such as DBpedia, Geonames, Thomson Reuters PermID, corporate registries and trade databases
- A range of advanced entity extraction and clustering techniques are applied to add categorisation layers and analyse relationships between people, companies and products

- We have discovered and stored over 12 billion facts about these companies
- This data is refreshed at a rate of 12 million profiles a month making it the world’s most up-to-date source of corporate data
