Value proposition
[Automatic translation follows] We chose to commit to people, before money. And that makes us a bank of choice. Engaging choices that make sense to people. Collaborators, like customers.
We have chosen to adapt to the lifestyle choices of our customers. And our relationship model was “Elected Customer Service of the Year 2021” in the online banking category.
Each of us chose Monabanq. And you ? Are you going to choose an agile company with a start-up spirit? Do you want to let your talent shine, share your ideas and be heard?
Monabanq puts as much energy into the well-being of its employees as that of its customers. And this makes Monabanq a “Great Place to Work®” certified online bank. This distinction constitutes the highest level of recognition of the quality of a company’s working environment.
We have chosen to keep a place for you at the heart of our environment where kindness is put on the same level as performance.
We are based in Villeneuve d'Ascq (59), within the Cofidis Group of which we are the online bank.
