Heads Together uses the arts to inspire a creative vision in individuals and communities in order to improve potential and achievement.

The key to the work is to bring creativity to the centre - at the heart of the life of the neighbourhood or the core of the school's curriculum - to achieve 'creativity with purpose'​.

The Company's current operation focuses on running Chapel FM—the first-ever arts centre in East Leeds and the home to East Leeds FM Community Radio station. And developing UNION: The Northern School for Creativity and Activism.
