SIMOGGA guides you to optimize your operations

We develop software solutions allowing to visualize, quantify and optimize operations in industrial environments.
Our goal is to overcome industrial complexity thanks to technology while leading our clients to operational excellence.

AMIA Systems is a spin-off from the "Université Libre de Bruxelles" based in Belgium.

Visualize: We represent production, maintenance & operations (MRO) and warehousing activities. Visualization is key for understanding.
Quantify: We forecast and simulate the future to validate hypotheses, identify pitfalls and rely on strong schedule and planning capabilities allowing us to analyze overall equipment efficiency metrics (OEE) amongst other KPIs.
Optimize: Based on the previous analysis, we develop proven alternative scenarios, incremental change propositions and reach maximum potential.

Our solutions help plant managers to unlock both logistical and financial benefits by scaling down industrial complexity. They act as a key enabler of increased production velocity and flexibility while reducing the capital requirements.

In addition to our solutions, we provide Training sessions to transfer our methodologies expertise and Consulting to implement change within our partner's teams.

We are flexible and able to adapt to any client's industry.
    Amongst our clients:
    - DAF Trucks (Automotive)
    - Twin Disc (Machinery)
    - TD Williamson (Oil & Energy)
    - SNCB/NMBS (transportation)
    - Sonaca (Aviation & Aerospace)
    - NLMK (Mining & Metals)
    - Tale Me (Textiles)
    - FN Herstal (Defense & Space)

Our past results within a specific industry:
    * ±40 percent decrease flows within the production unit
    * ±90 percent decrease workload of management of the product families. From ±2.000 product families to 7
    * A better repartition of the manual operations

Cellular manufacturing, Reorganization, Transportation & logistics, Layout rearrangement, Optimization of production, Supply chain analysis, and Line balancing
