The interaction between directors, producers, actors, composers, screenwriters, governers, technicians, broadcasters, institutional, partners and the general public makes the festival a unique moment when many projects are emerging. It is an essential moment of expression, promotion and visibility of fiction, and above all a real springboard for the future of creation.

Le Festival de la Fiction est le rendez-vous unique entre les professionnels et le grand public, pour découvrir ensemble les inédits de la création audiovisuelle.
Les fictions françaises et européennes sont présentées en compétition officielle, en hors compétition et en projections spéciales. Sans oublier les moments de débats et les instants festifs, qui sont également des temps forts du Festival. En vingt-trois ans d’existence, le Festival de la Fiction est devenu l’un des principaux rendez-vous de la télévision en France et le premier événement autour de la fiction.
C’est l’envie d’offrir le premier rôle au petit écran qui pousse Quentin Raspail à créer le Festival de la Fiction. Alors, à chaque rentrée de septembre, le Festival révèle des œuvres de fictions inédites, offrant toute la diversité de la création audiovisuelle francophone et européenne. Le but est de donner la parole à celles et ceux qui fabriquent et animent la fiction audiovisuelle, mais aussi de remercier le grand public qui fait vivre les œuvres. L’interaction entre les réalisateurs, producteurs, comédiens, compositeurs, scénaristes, régisseurs, techniciens, diffuseurs, institutionnels, partenaires et le grand public fait du festival un moment unique où de nombreux projets voient le jour. C’est un moment essentiel d’expression, de promotion et de visibilité de la fiction, et surtout un véritable tremplin pour l’avenir de la création.
