🔥 C’est désormais officiel ! Taqt et Skiply joignent leurs forces sur le terrain.
Après des années de concurrence intense, mais toujours respectueuse et stimulante, Skiply et Taqt fusionnent pour donner naissance au futur leader mondial du suivi d’activité sur le terrain.
Le nouveau groupe est déjà un OVNI dans le monde des startups dédiées à l’Internet des Objet (#IoT) : il allie les forces de 2 entreprises de la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes rentables, dotées d’un modèle économique solide. Une belle réussite de la Tech Française, qui s’exporte déjà dans de nombreux pays du monde, de Boston à Osaka.
Les clients et les partenaires du groupe seront les premiers bénéficiaires de ce rapprochement. Ils ont été, dès le départ, au centre de nos préoccupations, et ils continueront à l’être. Nous remercions tout particulièrement ceux qui ont cru en nous depuis le tout début (merci notamment à VINCI Airports et E.Leclerc).
Les salariés des 2 entreprises vont se rassembler autour d’un projet toujours plus stimulant et ambitieux. Nous n’oublions pas qu’ils sont au coeur de cette success story à la française.
