Cap’Industrie is the joint economic development program of the FIM, the UIMM Hauts-de-France, the CETIM and the CCI Hauts-de-France.
The mechanical-metallurgy industry is undergoing a real revolution: new technical processes, organizational and managerial changes... It is therefore important to help and support companies to develop in this complex environment.
In order to best structure our various actions and respond as quickly as possible to the needs of companies, Cap’Industrie has defined six strategic axes:
- Strategy: Respond to the strategic development challenges of SMEs-SMIs by: providing dynamic vision, supporting the manager in strategic thinking and structuring business groups or alliances.
- Markets: Allow companies in the sector to have permanent, organized, facilitated access to technological information (products, processes, materials) and economic information (markets, competition) relating to this same sector, as well as to all existing offers that can contribute to its development.
- Development: Cover as many issues raised by manufacturers as possible in order to allow them to more easily improve their skills and therefore gain competitiveness.
- Innovation: Coordinate and facilitate, with the support of innovation agencies, innovation in companies by: detecting and supporting innovation projects or by structuring technological discovery platforms.
- Human resources: Facilitate the recruitment of manufacturers in the Hauts-de-France region by establishing a better correlation between the training offer and the different professions in the sector.
- Financing: Help companies facing financing issues by setting up tools allowing business leaders to resolve these problems.

Cap’Industrie est le programme de développement économique commun à la FIM, l’UIMM Hauts-de-France, le CETIM et la CCI Hauts-de-France.
L’industrie mécanique-métallurgie connaît une véritable révolution : nouveaux procédés techniques, changements organisationnels et managériaux... Il est donc important d’aider et d’accompagner les entreprises à se développer dans cet environnement complexe.
Afin de structurer au mieux nos différentes actions et de répondre le plus rapidement possible aux besoins des entreprises, Cap’Industrie a défini six axes stratégiques :
- Stratégie : Répondre aux enjeux d’évolution stratégique des PME-PMI en : donnant de la vision en dynamique, accompagnant le dirigeant à la réflexion stratégique et en structurant les groupements ou alliances d’entreprises.
- Marchés : Permettre aux entreprises de la filière d’avoir un accès permanent, organisé, facilité, à l’information technologique (produits, process, matériaux) et économique (marchés, concurrence) relative à cette même filière, ainsi qu’à toutes les offres existantes qui peuvent contribuer à son développement.
- Développement : Couvrir un maximum de problématiques soulevées par les industriels afin de leur permettre de monter plus facilement en compétence et donc de gagner en compétitivité.
- Innovation : Coordiner et faciliter, avec l’appui des agences à l’innovation, l’innovation en entreprise en : détectant et en accompagnant les projets d’innovation ou encore en structurant des plateformes de découverte technologique.
- Ressources humaines : Faciliter le recrutement des industriels de la région Hauts-de-France en mettant en place une meilleure corrélation entre l’offre de formation et les différents métiers de la filière.
- Financement : Aider les entreprises confrontées à des problématiques de financement en mettant en place des outils permettant aux chefs d’entreprises de résoudre ces problèmes.
