Cap’Industrie is the joint economic development program The UIMM Hauts-de-France and the CCI Hauts-de-France.

In order to best structure our different actions and respond to business needs as quickly as possible, CAP’Industrie has defined 5 strategic axes:
- Strategy: respond to the challenges of strategic evolution of SMEs-PMIs by: giving a dynamic vision, accompanying the manager with strategic reflection and by structuring groups or business alliances.
- Markets: allow companies in the sector to have permanent, organized, facilitated access to technological (products, processes, materials) and economic (markets, competition) relating to this same sector, as well as to all existing offers that can contribute to its development.
- Products & amp; Process: help and support manufacturers to switch to industry4.0. On the program, less energy -consuming processes, more productive and less delicious in raw materials.
-HR excellence: ensuring that manufacturers in the Hauts-de-France region are revealed to show their full potential and attract new talents!
- Financing: helping companies faced with financing issues by implementing tools allowing business leaders to solve these problems.

Cap’Industrie est le programme de développement économique commun l’UIMM Hauts-de-France et la CCI Hauts-de-France.
L’industrie mécanique-métallurgie connaît une véritable révolution : nouveaux procédés techniques, changements organisationnels et managériaux... Il est donc important d’aider et d’accompagner les entreprises à se développer dans cet environnement complexe.
Afin de structurer au mieux nos différentes actions et de répondre le plus rapidement possible aux besoins des entreprises, Cap’Industrie a défini 5 axes stratégiques :
- Stratégie : Répondre aux enjeux d’évolution stratégique des PME-PMI en : donnant de la vision en dynamique, accompagnant le dirigeant à la réflexion stratégique et en structurant les groupements ou alliances d’entreprises.
- Marchés : Permettre aux entreprises de la filière d’avoir un accès permanent, organisé, facilité, à l’information technologique (produits, process, matériaux) et économique (marchés, concurrence) relative à cette même filière, ainsi qu’à toutes les offres existantes qui peuvent contribuer à son développement.
- Produits & process : Aider et accompagner les industriels à basculer vers l'industrie4.0. Au programme, des process moins énergivores, plus productifs et moins gourmands en matières premières.
- Excellence RH : Faire en sorte que les industriels de la Région Hauts-de-France se révèle pour montrer tout leur potentiel et attirer de nouveaux talents !
- Financement : Aider les entreprises confrontées à des problématiques de financement en mettant en place des outils permettant aux chefs d’entreprises de résoudre ces problèmes.
