Mieux se Déplacer à Bicyclette (MDB) is the first cycling association in the Paris region. We are convinced that cycling is the solution for getting around the whole of the Île-de-France region. Our goal: for everyone to be able to use their bike efficiently, pleasantly and safely!
We have been campaigning since 1974, which makes MDB one of the pioneering associations for defending cycling. Today, we have more than 1,400 members in Paris and in all the departments of the Paris region thanks to our network of local branches.
On a daily basis, we act for cycling:

- by giving advice to cyclists at the Maison du Vélo in Paris

Mieux se Déplacer à Bicyclette (MDB) est la première association cycliste francilienne. Nous avons la conviction que le vélo est la solution pour se déplacer dans toute l’Île-de-France. Notre objectif : que chacun puisse utiliser son vélo de manière efficace, agréable et sécurisée !
Nous militons depuis 1974, ce qui fait de MDB une des associations pionnières de défense du vélo. Aujourd’hui, nous comptons plus de 1 400 adhérents à Paris et dans tous les départements franciliens grâce à notre réseau d’antennes locales.
Au quotidien nous agissons pour le vélo :
- en dialoguant avec les élus et les techniciens pour des aménagements cyclables de qualité
- en donnant des conseils aux cyclistes à la Maison du vélo à Paris
- en proposant aux usagers un ensemble de services (vélo-école, atelier de réparation, marquage Bicycode, balade, magazine, cartographie en ligne)
