🔎 Dilución en Startups: ¿Cuándo es una inversión una oportunidad y cuándo un riesgo?
Para muchos fundadores de startups, la llegada de nuevos inversores representa un hito clave en su crecimiento. Sin embargo, la contraparte de obtener capital fresco es la dilución de su participación en el capital social.
📉 ¿Qué implica la dilución?
Cada ronda de inversión implica la emisión de nuevas participaciones o acciones, lo que reduce el porcentaje de propiedad de los socios iniciales.
