Suva has been insuring employees against accidents for 100 years and is working to make workplaces safe in Switzerland. Does that make us sound outdated? By no means! Today, we are made up of the ideas and skills of our roughly 4,200 employees at our head office in Lucerne and 18 agencies. We have specialists from many different fields working for us, especially insurance, medicine, mathematics, engineering and IT.

We take an interdisciplinary approach to our work with a high level of expertise, valuing people as individuals and behaving respectfully towards one another – even if we challenge one another.
