ICA (Inter Company Association) is the network for young professionals in the Netherlands. Established in 1989, we partner with around 50 young professional associations from the country’s top employers. Our goal is to connect, inspire, develop and celebrate the next generation of leaders.

We organize over 40 events annually, both online and offline, with highlights including the annual 'Young Professionals of the Year' and 'Meet the Leaders' events. Thanks to our partnerships with leading employers, we boast a dynamic network of over 40,000 ambitious young professionals.
