L’animation du réseau national du sport de haut niveau, étendu aux établissements nationaux du ministère et aux structures regroupées au sein des filières d’accès au sport de haut niveau ;
La formation initiale et continue des acteurs du développement du sport, notamment les équipes d’encadrement des fédérations sportives dont une discipline au moins est reconnue de haut niveau ;
