Dorémi, a social and solidarity economy company, has set up an innovative system for efficient energy renovation of individual homes.
By supporting and assisting more than 60 partner communities throughout the country, Dorémi is now a leading player in efficient renovation in France.
Its system, unique in its kind, offers support to owners with a complete renovation project for their home: information on aid and financing and connection with building professionals trained in the Dorémi benchmark for efficient renovation.

Dorémi, entreprise de l’économie sociale et solidaire a mis sur pied un dispositif innovant de rénovation énergétique performante des
maisons individuelles.
En accompagnant et soutenant plus de 60 collectivités partenaires sur tout le territoire, Dorémi est aujourd’hui un acteur de référence de la rénovation performante en France.
Son dispositif, unique en son genre, propose un soutien aux propriétaires ayant un projet de rénovation complète de leur maison : informations sur les aides et financements et mise en relation avec des professionnels du bâtiment formés au référentiel Dorémi de la rénovation performante.
De par ses actions locales, le dispositif Dorémi favorise très fortement
l’emploi des artisans, notamment grâce à une mobilisation active et à ses formations à la rénovation performante sur chantier. Dorémi a déjà formé une centaine de groupements d’artisans et vise la formation de 375 groupements d’ici 2024 (1400 entreprises impliquées) et travaille avec plus de 60 territoires couvrant 20 % de la population Française, soit 12 millions de personnes.
Dorémi est soutenue par Schneider Electric Energy Access, France Active Investissement, MAIF Investissement Social et Solidaire (MISS), Wiseed (plateforme d’investissement citoyen) et le Ministère de la Transition écologique dans le cadre du programme CEE Facilaréno.
