Talent to the Top supports organizations in three ways; with our Charter, with our Community & by providing training & advice.
CHARTER
By signing the Charter Talent to the Top, organizations commit themselves to a concrete, self-chosen objective for more female talent in the (sub)top. It pays to join, because these organizations score three times better than average in realizing diversity at the top.
COMMUNITY
Together, the signatories of the Charter form our community. Through cross-company programs and meetings, we ensure that members of the community can meet, inspire and motivate each other.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH CODE
The Executive Search Code recognizes the important role that (executive) search agencies play in realizing more diversity in top positions, a strategic factor for good decision-making and the performance of companies, institutions and governments. Agencies that sign this Code contribute to the business economic and social goal: more women in top positions.
TRAINING AND ADVICE
More diversity is only possible in an inclusive organization, in which employees can contribute their talents and know that their contribution is valuable. Met de ondertekening van het Charter Talent naar de Top, commiteren organisaties zich aan een concrete, zelfgekozen doelstelling voor meer vrouwelijk talent in de (sub)top. Het loont om aan te sluiten, want deze organisaties scoren bij de realisatie van diversiteit aan de top drie maal beter dan gemiddeld.
COMMUNITY
Samen vormen de ondertekenaars van het Charter onze community. Wij zorgen er door middel van met cross company programma’s en bijeenkomsten voor dat leden van de community elkaar kunnen ontmoeten, inspireren en motiveren.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH CODE
De Executive Search Code erkent de belangrijke rol die (executive) search bureaus vervullen bij het realiseren van meer diversiteit in topposities, een strategische factor voor een goede besluitvorming en de performance van bedrijven, instellingen en overheden. Bureaus die deze Code ondertekenen dragen daarmee bij aan het bedrijfseconomische én maatschappelijke doel: meer vrouwen in topposities.
