Life goal achieved! I could hardly sleep last night after an incredible day with Tech Eco Hub and the SAP Industry and CX teams for an event at Bounce in London.

I had the privilege of stepping in for 15mins as "acting" CTO of KPS! 😅 (Tim Hillman, our genius CTO was sadly feeling under the weather!)

After an early text letting me know I would be covering Tim's slides on "Composable Commerce" I threw on my KPS hackathon t-shirt (from a hackathon I wasn't even allowed into, strictly techies only!), laced up my white trainers, watched a few reruns of The IT Crowd, and crafted a bold vision for the future of CX!

Fortunately, this is a space all at KPS know well. "Composable Commerce" isn't just a buzzword for us, we have been successfully delivering composable projects alongside SAP for our customers for years.

We are fortunate to look after 20% of the SAP CommerceCloud installed base customers in the UKI and there is a huge opportunity for the "Best of Both" - combining the robust, scalable and proven enterprise SAP CommerceCloud platform and combining it with modular best of breed ISV capabilities for everything from;

- Headless with Alokai
- Enterprise Search with Coveo
- Video Content with Smartzer
- Product Information Management (PIM) with inriver
- Pricing Optimisation with Peak
- Distributed Order Management with Fluent Commerce

All of which were co-presenters as the event and represent just a handful of the 1000's of ISV's bringing value, enriching and enhancing SAP CX.

We're also very proud to have achieved the #1 highest contributing partner for SAP CX in EMEA, a testament to our incredible customers, the work of our teams and our partnership with SAP. 🏆

But we're not stopping there. 2025 is all about "AI first", "Suite first", and when it comes to CX, think "KPS first". Excited for the year ahead! 🚀

What a fantastic day at the SAP CX UK & Ireland Kick Off event at Bounce London sponsored by our incredible partners: Smartzer, Peak AI, Fluent Commerce, Coveo, InRiver, and KPS. The event was a brilliant combination of insights, collaboration, and a bit of friendly competition! 🏓

Needless to say we covered a lot of ground and had some insightful discussions around the composable CX journey and how the ISV partners are key to shaping a customer’s North Star architecture. It was inspiring to hear how each partner brings unique solutions to the table, empowering businesses to navigate and accelerate their digital transformation. A special thank you to Tech Eco Hub's very own Alexandra Gardner for leading an energising breathwork session after lunch – it was the perfect way to re engage and refresh everyone for the afternoon’s discussions and activities!

But it wasn’t all business – after the meeting, attendees unleashed their competitive side in a ping pong showdown, showing that teamwork and competition go hand in hand!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success. Looking forward to the continued collaboration and innovation in the world of SAP CX. Until next time!
