A non-profit association under the 1901 law, the Regional Observatory for Infrastructure Quality (ORQUASI) is the first observatory in France dedicated to monitoring the state of infrastructure and network assets.
Chaired by Jean-Louis CHAUZY (also President of CESER Occitanie), ORQUASI is made up of local authorities, experts, businesses and citizens' associations.
Since 2015, ORQUASI has offered local authorities the InCity application, which allows them to centralize all reports, manage them, and thus monitor citizens' requests.

Since 2016, ORQUASI has organized the "ORQUASI Trophies".
This event aims to honor the communities that work to maintain their networks and infrastructures, but also to promote innovation in Public Works.

Une chose est sûre : les infrastructures sont essentielles à la vie de nos territoires et des citoyens.
L’ORQUASI aide et accompagne tous les acteurs socio-économiques à connaître le patrimoine et son état, à sensibiliser et promouvoir le patrimoine urbain, à se mettre en synergie pour mutualiser les bonnes pratiques.

Association loi 1901 à but non-lucratif, l’Observatoire Régional de la Qualité des Infrastructures (ORQUASI) est le premier observatoire en France dédié à la surveillance de l’état du patrimoine des infrastructures et des réseaux.
Présidé par Jean-Louis CHAUZY (également Président du CESER Occitanie), l'ORQUASI est composé de collectivités, d'experts, d'entreprises et d'associations de citoyens.
Depuis 2015, l'ORQUASI propose aux collectivités l'application InCity qui permet de centraliser tous les signalements, de les gérer, et ainsi d'avoir un suivi des demandes des citoyens.
