Dégun without internship: a collective challenge to allow students of priority network (REP+) to carry out a quality internship, in business, association, public community, research laboratory ...
Driven by the Marseille company Provepham and the Central School of Marseille, "Dégun without internship" is a citizen initiative, intended to introduce the corporate world to the 3rd grade college students.
Today, for lack of network, these middle school students often struggle to find a quality internship, in a real professional environment, thus finding themselves discriminated against the labor market, from the 3rd.
Following the success of the last 4 years with more than 900 courses carried out, more than 2,200 students accompanied via workshops or internships, thanks to the mobilization of 330 companies, we need your (re) commitment to young people! Objective: offer 500 courses in 2021-2022!
Since 2018, Dégun without an internship has been part of the national initiative on 3rd year internships in favor of the college students of REP+, carried by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion.
The reception of a third student in observation internship:
- It's simple and short (5 days)
- It is a concrete commitment to equal opportunities in the territory
- And above all a visible impact on the student (interpersonal skills, curiosity, ...)!
This collective approach is supported by the prefecture of Bouches-du-Rhône, the rectorate of the Aix-Marseille Academy, the Departmental Council of Bouches-du-Rhône, the Château Gombert technopole, Cap to the North Entreprendre, and the Colleges Auguste Renoir, Edmond Rostand, Jacques Prévert and Stéphane Mallarmé, Jean-Claude Izzo, Alexandre Dumas, Edouard Manet, Pythéas, Clair Soleil, Jean Moulin, Jules Ferry, Arthur Rimbaud, Henri Wallon, Henri Barnier.

Dégun sans stage : un défi collectif pour permettre aux élèves de réseau prioritaire (REP+) d'effectuer un stage de qualité, en entreprise, association, collectivité publique, laboratoire de recherche...
Portée par l'entreprise marseillaise Provepharm et l'Ecole Centrale de Marseille, "Dégun Sans Stage" est une initiative citoyenne, destinée à faire découvrir le monde de l'entreprise aux collégiens de 3ème.
Aujourd'hui, par manque de réseau, ces collégiens peinent souvent à trouver un stage de qualité, dans un vrai environnement professionnel, se retrouvant ainsi discriminés face au marché du travail, dès la 3ème.
Suite au succès des 4 dernières années avec plus de 900 stages effectués, plus de 2200 élèves accompagnés via des ateliers ou stages, grâce à la mobilisation de 330 entreprises, nous avons besoin de votre (ré)engagement auprès des jeunes ! Objectif: proposer 500 stages en 2021-2022!
Depuis 2018, Dégun Sans Stage s'inscrit dans l'initiative nationale sur les stages de 3ème en faveur des collégiens de REP+, portée par l'Agence Nationale pour la Cohésion des Territoires.
L’accueil d’un élève de troisième en stage d’observation :
- c'est simple et court (5 jours)
- c'est un engagement concret pour l’égalité des chances sur le territoire
- et surtout un impact visible sur l’élève (savoir-être, curiosité, ...) !
