    Our history

    It is at the creation of TEDXPARIS - the first European TEDX conference - that Brightness takes root. Building on this experience, the founding team of the event creates Brightness in order to meet the growing need of companies to train in public speaking and innovation subjects, by offering them training, design and production of events .... encouraged by the community of actors of change that it animates, Brightness gives birth in 2013 to the stolen esca, the first do-Tank at the service of the common good.

    Brightness devotes all his energy, his passion and his skills to respond to the challenges of communication, talent development and transformation by supporting his customers and partners to be always more at the forefront. In 2018 is launched Boma, a new global network dedicated to learning the essential skills of new leaders. Boma offers training, events and experiences at the local and global level to better understand, initiate and support the major transformations of our world.

    Notre histoire

    C'est à la création de TEDxParis - la première conférence TEDx européenne - que Brightness prend racine. Forte de cette expérience, l'équipe fondatrice de l'événement crée Brightness afin de répondre au besoin croissant des entreprises de se former à la prise de parole en public et aux sujets de l'innovation, en leur proposant formation, conception et production d'événements.... Encouragée par la communauté des acteurs du changement qu'elle anime, Brightness donne naissance en 2013 à L'Échappée Volée, le premier do-tank au service du bien commun.

    Brightness consacre toute son énergie, sa passion et ses compétences à répondre aux enjeux de communication, de développement des talents et de transformation en accompagnant ses clients et partenaires à être toujours plus à l'avant-garde. En 2018 est lancé Boma, un nouveau réseau mondial dédié à l’apprentissage des compétences indispensables des nouveaux leaders. Boma propose des formations, événements et expériences à l’échelle locale et globale pour mieux comprendre, initier et accompagner les transformations majeures de notre monde.
