March 18th is Global Recycling Day! ♻️

With e-waste expected to hit 82 million metric tons by 2030, small changes in our habits can make a big impact on the planet.

This is how you can make tech more sustainable:

👉 Extend the life of your devices. Treat tech carefully, try repairing it to use it longer, give your old devices to family members and friends or try to sell it so someone else can use it.

👉 Dispose of e-waste properly. Many devices contain valuable materials that can be reused, others contain harmful substances that need to be separated. Always check trade-in options!

👉 Choose certified products. Look for EPEAT & TCO certifications, which guarantee environmentally responsible sourcing, energy efficiency, and reduced waste.

👉 Rent instead of buying. Most devices are discarded before they reach their full potential. Renting tech can keep it in use longer, reducing the need for new production.

Through circular models, we can reduce waste and increase the lifespan of our devices.

In 2024, Grover repaired almost 24.000 devices and rekitted around 135,000 devices to keep them in use longer.
